Sobre Casa Simón de Betania
La Casa Simon de Betania es una casa hogar donde viven y atienden a personas con enfermedades terminales y a niños sin hogar. La casa está ubicada en Mina Nuevo Leon. Mi amigo Jorge Valdés apoya a esta casa hogar y me invitó a unirme al equipo.
Quiero compartirles algunas formas en que queremos apoyar.
Los Miércoles se estará programando una vuelta de Monterrey a Mina para llevar comida preparada para ese día para 20 personas (los niños). Es bienvenida comida para mas gente ya que la casa atiende y es atendida por 60 personas aproximadamente.
¿Como ayudar?
Casa Simon de Betania cuenta con ayuda de mucha gente, empresas e instituciones pero siempre hay mas necesidades. El enfoque que queremos hacer es hacia una comida preparada por semana.
Alimentos listos para comer para 20 personas para entrega/envío todos los Miércoles.
Algunas ideas:
-Picadillo con Papa y Zanahoria
-Pierna de Cerdo en Salsa con Calabacita y Elote
-Milanesas de pollo o res
-Empanadas de carne
-Pasta Boloñesa
Notas:
-Se calculan 200 gramos de proteína por persona aproximadamente.
-Si quieres y puedes apoyar con comida para mas de 20 personas es bienvenida. Hay mas gente viviendo en la casa y nada se desperdicia.
