Ingredientes:
-1 o 2 betabeles
-espinaca baby al gusto
-jocoque al gusto
-jugo de limón amarillo o verde al gusto
-aceite de oliva al gusto
-sal al gusto
-crotones al gusto
Instrucciones:
-Cuece el betabel de cualquiera de estas dos formas.
-En InstantPot agrega 1 taza de agua, coloca la rejilla y programa cocinar a presión entre 25 y 40 minutos dependiendo del tamaño del betabel.
-Si vas a usar una olla, coloca los betabeles dentro y llena de agua. Cocina a fuego medio con la olla tapada hasta que un cuchillo entre fácil al centro.
-Deja enfriar el betabel.
-Pela el betabel y córtalo en cuartos y rebanadas gruesas.
-Agrega sal, aceite de oliva y jugo de limón al gusto. Mezcla bien.
-Refrigera un poco para enfriar el betabel un poco mas.
-Coloca una cama de espinacas en un platón.
-Agrega el betabel, jocoque y crotones. Termina con un poco de aceite de oliva y sal.
