Salsa de Chile Piquin y Limón

Una salsa muy famosa en Monterrey y muy fácil de hacer. Se necesitan muy pocos ingredientes y la puedes usar para acompañar una carne asada o simplemente comerla con totopos.



La receta es para una porción pequeña. Si quieres mas duplica la receta.

Ingredientes:
-6 a 8 chiles piquines (frescos o en conserva)
-1 diente de ajo chico
-1 limón (su jugo)
-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
-sal al gusto

Instrucciones:

-Coloca el ajo en un molcajete o mortero con un poco de sal y muele bien.

-Agrega los chiles piquines y muele un poco.

-Agrega el jugo de limón y aceite de oliva y mezcla bien.

-Prueba y agrega sal al gusto.
