Usa cualquier nuez que te guste o fruta deshidratada como pasas, arándanos, chabacano, etc.
Ingredientes:
-1 taza de avena
-1/2 taza de nuez pecana
-1/2 taza de almendra fileteada
-1/2 taza de pepita de calabaza
-1/2 taza de coco rallado
-1/2 taza de arándanos
-1 o 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
-1 o 2 cucharadas de azúcar moscabada
-1/2 cucharadita de sal
Instrucciones:
-Precalienta el horno a 160°C (320°F)
-En un tazón mezcla todos los ingredientes excepto los arándanos o cualquier fruta deshidratada que vayas a utilizar.
-Coloca la mezcla en una o dos charolas para que tenga suficiente espacio para tostarse todo.
-Hornea de 10 a 20 minutos, mezclando una o dos veces para que se tueste bien.
-Retira del horno y deja enfriar un poco.
-Agrega los arándanos y mezcla.
-Espera a que enfrie por completo antes de guardarla en un recipiente con tapa hermetica.
